Notice Regarding Cessation of Operations of GeneEd, Inc.

GeneEd, Inc. ("GeneEd") is no longer continuing operations, following the foreclosure on GeneEd's assets by its creditors, pursuant to which Uecker & Associates, Inc. ("Uecker") took over the assets under an assignment for the benefit of creditors procedure. Pharmaceutical Institute, Inc. purchased substantially all the assets acquired by Uecker as a result of that foreclosure. Please be advised that GeneEd is no longer able to support any existing obligations it may have to you or to your company under any relationship or agreement. While Pharmaceutical Institute has purchased certain contractual rights of GeneEd, we have not assumed the obligations under any GeneEd agreement. As a result, all obligations of GeneEd under your agreement shall remain the obligations of GeneEd.
