New customers announced include Amgen, Organon Pharmaceuticals, Amersham Biosciences, The Baylor College of Medicine and SOBA (for Session Oriented Broadband Applications, a project involving a collaboration of corporations and academic institutions, including NTT Comware Corp., OMRON Group, Waseda University, Kyoto University, and Tokyo Institute of Technology). In addition, GeneEd has expanded its range of products deployed at customers such as Genentech, Accenture, IBM Life Sciences, Pfizer and AstraZeneca. The range of services provided encompasses regulatory and compliance training (GxPs, Safety), salesforce training and product-specific information, physician education (GeneEd is a CME category 1 accredited and approved organization) and patient education and outreach. GeneEd's courseware has been deployed to learner populations as large as 44,000 people at one multi-national pharmaceutical enterprise.
